Hello everyone,

There continues to be progress made with the planning of the reunion, however, there are still some decisions that must be made.
There have been a couple of things added to the site. “Food Survey” and “Items For Sale”. The Food Survey has been set up in order to figure out the best route to go with the dinner. So if you all could, just take less than a minute to complete this survey.
As far as the Items For Sale section, there are presently 3 items that can be ordered with more items being added within the next couple of weeks. Just go to the
20 Year Reunion section and you can select the item(s) you are interested in.
We really need someone to take over the role of setting up the DJ/Entertainment area. There are a couple of suggestions that have been given in regards to who to go with and well, to be perfectly honest – I know nothing about setting up DJ’s or other Entertainment.
We are also looking for someone to set up the activities relating to the picnic day at Bluff Falls. Other than having a pavilion reserved, there has been nothing else assigned to this day.
At some point and time, someone will need to set up a possible tour of the high school.
I know on that Saturday, there is a Multi-Year Reception taking place from 10a-4p but I’m hoping it won’t create any scheduling issues with the day time activities.
Lastly, time is running out to secure your reunion tickets at the $30 per person/$60 per couple. This price will expire on July 15th with a higher price going into effect the next day. Don’t forget, you now have more options instead of just having to go through the website to purchase tickets with a credit card. Don’t forget, a P.O. Box has been set up in order to send in checks/money orders. Remember to visit the 20 Year Reunion section for more ticket information including the address of the P.O. Box.

Hello again everyone.

Sorry to always send out back to back emails but I seem to remember stuff later on or I work on other things and post them to the site after the email.

To make it easier to order tickets by check/money order...please check on the announcement section at the bottom of the home page of the site. You can now print out the order form in either word or pdf format. I tried setting it up to download in works but for some reason it's not working properly.

I am also thinking about setting up a link on the left hand menu to post the content of the recent emails for those who may not be able to receive them due to issues with their own email which causes the email to be returned.

Last but not least....a new item has been added to the "Items For Sale"...please check it out!
